Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15B

The compensation is to provide a trustee for the representation of Baltimore Employers for the Ironworkers Local No. 16 Pension Trust Fund. The trustee requirement is set out in Article III, Section 1 and the compensation is addressed in Section 6 of the Ironworkers Local No. 16 Pension Plan Agreement. The Local No. 16 Pension Plan Trust Fund is in very bad financial condition and is not able to pay for professional trustee representation. This trustee is retired from decades of service as a Baltimore union employer and does not recieve compensation from any other source. Compensation was determined through discussion with the other trustee of this fund regarding the hours and effort required.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19

The "Fund" does not make its governing documents or financial statements available to the public. The "Fund" was created by a requirement of a union collective bargaining agreement negotiated by an employers' association, "The Steel Erectors Association of Baltimore Maryland". The "Agreement and Declaration of Trust" for the Fund requires that the records and books of account be made available for inspection, on request, by any authorized representative of an employer who makes regular contributions to the Fund. The contributions to the Fund were made by the employers based on union employee hours worked, and were not taken from an employees pay.

The trustee requirement is set out in Article III, Section 1 and the compensation is addressed in Section 6 of the Ironworkers Local No. 16 Pension Plan Agreement. The Local No. 16 Pension Plan Trust Fund is in very bad financial condition and is not able to pay for professional trustee representation. This trustee is retired from decades of service as a Baltimore union employer and does not recieve compensation from any other source. Compensation was determined through discussion with the other trustee of this fund regarding the hours and effort required.

The "Fund" was created by a requirement of a union collective bargaining agreement negotiated by an employers' association, "The Steel Erectors Association of Baltimore Maryland". The "Agreement and Declaration of Trust" for the Fund requires that the records and books of account be made available for inspection, on request, by any authorized representative of an employer who makes regular contributions to the Fund. The contributions to the Fund were made by the employers based on union employee hours worked, and were not taken from an employees pay.
