Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization accounts for uncertain tax positions in accordance with fasb asc topic 740-10-25, "income taxes" ("fasb asc 740-10-25"). Fasb asc 740-10-25 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties and disclosures required. The organization recognizes interest and penalties, if any, related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense. It is the opinion of management that the organization maintains no uncertain tax positions.
