In 2025, the board of directors listed on page 7 - part vii - section a of the 2024 form 990 amended the bylaws to transfer 100% of their control to montgomery housing partnership, inc. (mhp). Mhp is a maryland non-profit corporation with experience in the development, financing, ownership, operations and management of affordable rental housing in montgomery county, maryland. In 2025, mhp installed a new board of directors and executed a management agreement with habitat america, llc to manage the daily operations of the rental property.
