“Members of the organization include initiated and uninitiated members of Alpha Phi who are full time students at UMD.It is a private membership organization whose members are selected following a series of meetings, socials and interviews by existing members of the Fraternity at UMD.Women selected for membership must have good scholarship,be of good character, have an interest in activities that will enhance the academic atmosphere at UMD,and have a sincere desire to contribute to the work of the Fraternity.”

“Members elect the Executive Board annually at a membership meeting.”
