This comparability data is compensation data from similarly qualified, functionally comparable, and similarly situated non-profits in the nearby geographic area, of similar size, and in a similar sub-sector. Periodically the executive committee obtains compensation surveys or studies from outside compensation consultants to further help determine the executive director's compensation. This process is documented in the minutes of the executive committee. The most recent compensation review was completed in may of 2022.”
