To advocate fair housing and improving tenant/landlord relations.

The organizations objectives are to create an open housing market, maintain interracial communities, work for justice in housing, inform tenants and landlords of their rights and responsibilities, improve tenant/landlord relations and support an increase supply of low and moderate-income housing.
