The food processing suppliers association is the trade association for suppliers to the food processing and packaging industry and the host of the largest and most affordable food processing trade show in the americas. Our goal is to provide members with networking, marketing and educational opportunities and help assure the future of the industry through charitable contributions and educational scholarships.

Membership is made up of any entity engaged in manufacturing principally new machinery for or in furnishing services, ingredients, flavors or other supplies to the food processing, beverage, pharmaceutical or other related sanitary industries.

Fpsa is made up of dues paying members, those members elect the board of directors; receive annual reports and any other business that may come before the board meeting.

The bylaws can only be amended by a vote of 2/3 of the membership. This includes merger and dissolution of the corporation. Each member has one vote.

The cfo works closely with the tax preparer to provide necessary information relating to the completion of 990. Once the form is prepared, it is reviewed by both the cfo and the preparer. The draft is then forwarded to the board of directors, where changes if deemed necessary are made for a finalized version.
