“In conjunction with the executive director and the government affairs managers, pac/west performs the following duties as a management company: generate agendas, staff, put together material for, and conduct monthly board meetings. Monitor and report on all healthcare work groups, meetings and policy work, representing the coalition where appropriate. Create strategic outreach and lobby plans and facilitate and deliver the plans. Generate letters, position papers and external communication. Field press inquiries on behalf of the board, manage the budget and spending, meet with legistlators, agency directors and staff to lobby on behalf of the board and/or faclitate information sharing between the government and the board. Research, drafting legistlation, drive policy in legislature.”

“Members of the corporation shall be: (1) coordinated care organization providing services to oregon health plan (ohp) members, organization working with ccos to provide services to ohp members, or organization supporting cco model of care. (2) pay the dues and assessments provided herein; and (3) approved for admission as a member by a majority of the board of directors.”

“This corporation shall have members. Members of the corporation shall support the purposes of the corporation and shall have the powers and duties set forth in the bylaws. Members of the corporation shall be: (1) coordinated care organization providing services to oregon health plan (ohp) members, organization working with ccos to provide services to ohp members, or organization supporting cco model of care. (2) pay the dues and assessments provided herein; and (3) approved for admission as a member by a majority of the board of directors.”

“Cco-level members shall hold a meeting in the even calendar years for the purpose of appointing the board of directors of the corporation and transacting such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting. The members shall designate such date, time and place as it may choose for such meetings; provided, however, the biennial meeting of the members shall be held no later than the 30th day of september. All cco-level members of record in good standing may vote in person, or email, on such matters requiring approval of the members under the act, articles of incorporation or these bylaws. Each cco-level member in good standing may appoint one (1) director to the corporation's board of directors. Non-designated staff from cco-level members may attend board meetings but have no voting privileges.”
