Mission

To promote the contributions of asian american in business, to serve as role model for young asians, to cultivate growth of business leaders, advance networking and business development, to serve the public and the community by encouraging community service and involvement, disseminating business information and to promote business by providing scholarship programs to assist asian american students pursuing higher education opportunities. To enhance the presence, influence and visibility of current and future Pan-Asian business leaders, develop the full potential of members by leveraging the Ascend networks to build connections through our mentoring and leadership programs and build awareness and eminence for our corporate partners while helping them to achieve their business, talent and diversity goals.

Founded in 2005, Ascend is the frst and largest global network advancing Asian and Pacific Islander (API) professionals in the workplace. Ascends 60+ chapters partner with global organizations to cultivate and empower API talent as they rise to their full potential. We believe that by working together, our community can develop leaders who consistently ignite positive change in the workplace and the world.
