Activity 2

During the tax year ending june 30, 2013, the sunrise program served 42 clients. The sunrise residential rehabilitation program (rrp) is a community based residential housing program located in cecil county. Residents live in a group home setting with twenty-four hour supervision, or an apartment setting with twenty-four hour staff availability and support. The program has six general beds, and thirty-two intensive beds. In addition to managing mental health symptoms, residents are supported and encouraged to develop life skills needed to successfully transition out of the residential program and live independently in the community. The goal of rrp is to support clients to grow in their own recovery, so that they may remain in the community, preventing re-hospitalization, and gaining skills needed to transition fully into community living.

Activity 3

During the tax year ending june 30, 2013, the share program served 99 clients. Share - adult psychiatric rehabilitation program provides assistance to adults with chronic mental illness. The goal is to increase their ability to cope with their mental health symptoms and stressors while remaining in a community setting. Emphasis is places on individualized treatment, and strengthening each person's ability to engage and integrate successfully into the community. This program offers both on- and off-site supportive services to adults diagonosed with serious and persistent mental illness. On-site services include a day program that operated five days a week. Services also include an on-call system for client psychiatric emergencies, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
