Section A - The Organization's members are the parents or guardians of the swimmers on the team. There are approximately 675 swimmers on the team. The members elect a Board of Directors, with voting taking place at each annual meeting. The Board of Directors manages the organization and sets the annual registration fees and approves expenses of the team. The meetings of the Board, as well as the Annual Meeting, are documented by meeting minutes. Section B - The Board Members are not compensated and the Organization has no employees. All activities of the Organization are performed by volunteers. There is no conflict of interest policy since there are no paid employees or Board Members. Currently, there are no whistleblower, or document retention and destruction policies.
