“Members of the organization include initiated and uninitiated members of Alpha Phi who are full time students at SCU.It is a private membership organization whose members are selected following a series of meetings, socials and interviews by existing members of the Fraternity at SCU.Women selected for membership must have good scholarship,be of good character, have an interest in activities that will enhance the academic atmosphere at SCU,and have a sincere desire to contribute to the work of the Fraternity.”

“Members elect the Executive Board annually at a membership meeting.”

“Client Note 1 - FUNDS ARE SET ASIDE FOR MEMBERS TO ATTEND A LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE EVERY YEAR FOREDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE EXPENSE FOR THE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AVERAGES OVER$5000.00 IN THE FISCAL YEAR.”
