IRS990/Desc0Our annual meeting Province Council is the largest activity we had during the fiscal year when using total expenses as the primary measuring criteria. This is the meeting where all chapters within the Province are required to attend. The meeting allows each chapter an opportunity to vote on officers with the exception of the President who is appointed by the National President. The meeting also allows for nominations and voting service awards as well as bestowing awards on winners. The meeting also provides opportunities for by-law changes, policy and procedure changes and resolutions to be identifies and/or adopted. Chapter are also given the opportunity to voice their concerns about other fraternity business. At the meeting, chapters hear the president issue the state of the Province address,as well as the membership receives the annual report which highlightes activity expenses and revenues. Most revenue is generally from membership registration fees including those through Membership Training Academy which encompasses initiation fees which include registration for the Province Council Meeting.

Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC) is the second largest activity we had during the fiscal year as measured by total expenses. this is a leadership conference for both indergraduate and alumni members. Leadership activities include such modules as Operational Leadership, Acheivement Academy, Risk Management, Team Building, and Guide Rights Order. Revenue is usually generated from registration costs from members and chapters.
IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0Our Guide Right activity is the third largest program activity when measured by expenses. The Guide Right Competition includes. the Scholarships Awards Competition at the high school & college levels. This competition includes several phases with the greatest emphasis on GPAs, SAT score essays awareness and Talent.Prizes,including trophies and cash for scolarships, are awarded to winners. However, all recepients scrapbook awards for collegiate and alumni chapters. Additionally, the Province sponsors a couple of high school students by paying registration for summer camp. Lastly, we have what we refer to as a Kappa League Conference. This is bassically a youth conference held to bring the youth together from all over the privince to share and discuss their activities with one another. Other support funding comes from the fraternitys Kappa Foundation and the provinces foundation entitled the Southeastern Education and Leadership Foundation.
