“Members of the organization can attend meetings and participate in its actions, but only executive board members may cast a vote at an executive board meeting. Members in good standing are eligible for office and may nominate eligible members and vote to elect the governing body. The decisions of the governing body are subject to approval by the organization's members. Upon dissolution, all debts shall immediately be paid and any remaining funds shall be remitted in equal shares to the members in good standing of the organization at the time dissolution was ordered.”
