Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Community enterprises, inc.'s salary structure and compensation is reviewed yearly based on information and salary surveys provided by various associations. If changes to the salary structure are warranted or mandated by the state funding sources, the organization's human resource department develops a compensation plan considering all positions, including the executive director/president and other top management positions. All recommendations for changes in salary structure and compensation are reviewed by the senior management team. The board of directors will then review and vote to accept any changes to the compensation plan.
