Certain portions are reviewed by the president and the chair of the budget and finance committee. After the form 990 is assembled by the accountants and prior to submitting the form to the irs, a draft copy in pdf format is made available to the board on the sfl website for review. Without assistance, this format is not accessible to the half of the board that is blind.”

In addition, the executive committee examines each situation which could conceivably involve a conflict and determines the situation before authorizing projects.
