Mission continued ali offers services for youth, families and young adults through the marcus youth and family center. Ali operates a walk in behavioral health urgent care on the campus of luminis health in annapolis.

Program description continued medication assisted treatment mat is part of our suite of substance use disorder sud services. Ali operates a walk in behavioral health urgent care on the campus of luminis health in annapolis. As a walk in urgent care setting we are able to divert people who may not need to be in an emergency room to get the help they need in a timely, psychiatric focused manner. Arundel lodge is home to the open eye art gallery which is a client based art gallery. Clients may earn proceeds from their work and can spend up to 2 hours a day in the art room using their creativity to express themselves.

Arundel lodge, inc. Is exempt under section 501c3 of the internal revenue code and is classified as other than a private foundation. The organization is exempt from paying federal income tax on any income except unrelated business income. No provision has been made for income taxes as the organization has had no significant unrelated business income. The organization follows the guidance of asc 740-10, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes which clarifies the accounting for the recognition and measurement of the benefits of individual tax positions in the financial statements, including those of nonprofit organizations. Tax positions must meet a recognition threshold of more-likely-than-not in order for the benefit of those tax positions to be recognized in the organization financial statements. The organization analyzes tax positions taken, including those related to the requirements set forth in irc sec. 501c to qualify as a tax-exempt organization, activities performed by volunteers and board members, the reporting of unrelated business income, and its status as a tax-exempt organization under maryland state statute. The organization does not know of any tax benefits arising from uncertain tax positions and there was no effect on the organization financial position or changes in net assets as a result of analyzing its tax positions. The organization informational return filings are subject to audit by the irs, generally for three years after filing.
