Statement Note 1

The officers elected to dissolve the elks hall association of chico this year and merge all the assets and liabilities to the related chico elks lodge #423 (a 501(c)8 organization ein #94-0455153). The hall association of chico was originally established to hold the land, buildings and equipment for the use by chico elks lodge 423 and so it was decided to liquidate and donate the assets back to the chico elks lodge 423. The elks hall assocition was liquidated on november 8, 2023.
