“Line 6 explanation - three classes of membership: class a, regular members, any natural person genuinely interested in economics, have been elected to membership, and paid annual dues/fees. Regular members have rights to vote for president, two vice-presidents, secretary-treasurer and non-officer directors. Class b, honorary members, any natural person who has obtained recognition or outstanding contribution in the field of economics and have been elected to membership. Honorary members having the same voting rights as regular members, but do not pay dues/fees. Honorary members can be elected to membership. Total aggregate of class b members shall not exceed 5% of total membership. Class c, institutional members, any organization or corporation interested in economics and business, been elected to membership, and paid annual dues/fees. Institutional members have no voting rights.”
