The referenced allowances provided (column (E) are member dues paid for the officer by Local 190 and no other monies/benefits are provided to any of these officers except for the Business Agent, as indicated on (column C) and page 3 of 6 of the LM-3. The average hours worked per week by the Business Agent is guesstimated at 40, 10 hours per week for the Secretary-Treasurer and 1-3 hours for all other officers.
