The governing documents and financial statements are available to any person by contacting the office of the Association.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 6 Classes of Members or Stockholders

The Association shall have one class of membership Any person who has legaltitle of record to any lot or tract of land within the limits of theLeawood Homes Association district shall be eligible for membership in theassociation. Jointly owned lots or tracts are treated as being owned by asingle member. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one vote on anyissue brought before the membership. All members are entitled to servicesprovided to all homeowners. Those services include trash removal, treetrimming and preservation, and maintenance of traffic islands in the homesarea.

The Board of Directors are elected annually by members of the association.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 7B - Decisions Subject to Approval of Members

The Bylaws may be altered, amended, added to or repealed at any Associationmeeting of the members by a two-thirds vote of those present, if there is aquorum. The Board of Directors may also alter, amend, add to or repeal theBylaws by a three-fourths vote of those present, if there is a quorum,without being subject to membership approval.

Jointly owned lots or tracts are treated as being owned by asingle member. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one vote on anyissue brought before the membership. All members are entitled to servicesprovided to all homeowners. Those services include trash removal, treetrimming and preservation, and maintenance of traffic islands in the homesarea.
