In accordance with the instructions for Form 990, the compensation earned by the directors from the member hospitals should be reported in column (E) and Column (F) on Form 990, Part VII, Section A, as related party compensation. In lieu of providing this information, this information is available for some member hospitals that file Forms 990. For the hospitals that do not file Form 990, this information will be made available upon request. No compensation is received by any member of the Board of Directors from the Organization.”
