Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The association is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code and exempt from state income taxes under the laws of the state of kansas. The association adopted the provision of the fasb asc 740, accounting standards for income taxes. Management believes there are no such provisions for income taxes in these consolidating financial statements as of december 31, 2024 and 2023, and accordingly, no liability has been accrued. Federal form 990 has been filed in a timely manner.
