“Bylaws Change ARTICLE XIII SECTION b part 5 The Local Union will pay a retirement compensation to a member based on their income from all lost time and or makeup pay. This amount will be equivalent to the maximum Choice Plus Traditional Plus Cash Balance Account and 401k match from Deere and Company during the calendar year.”

“The Local Union will not be responsible for the administration of any members retirement fund. It will be the responsibility of the member to contribute their retirement compensation to their own retirement fund. If the company match was to be less than fifty dollars during a calendar year, there will not be a reimbursement.”
