Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Provide services which benefit all the residents of the homeowners association (HOA). These services include providng and maintaining the street lights, mantaining the landscape in the common areas and entrances within the subdivision, as well as maintaining additonal easement areas outside the subdivision. Maintain an informational website for homeowners to view the events of the association, provide a yearly directory of the families in the association to each homeowner, and annually provide for an association picnic.
