To provide comprehensive services and resources to assist residents, individuals, families, and charitable organizations providing services to those individuals and families, during major life transitions with attention given to the physiological, socio cultural and emotional needs of the resident/individual/family. These services mandate a continuity of care, regardless whether the resident is in the home, inpatient setting, or the community. South Wind Home, Inc. exists in the hope and belief that through appropriate care, residents, individuals, and their families, may be free to attain a degree of physical and mental preparation for life and death that is satisfactory to them.
