THE ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING HOUSING FOR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS. THREE OF THE FOUR MORTGAGES HAVE BEEN PUT ON DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANS BY THE USDA BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CASH FLOW AND THE NEED FOR ALL AVAILABLE FUNDS TO MAKE REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMPLEX WHICH WAS BUILT IN 1974 AND 1976. |
