Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The association's present accounting policy for the evaluation of uncertain tax positions is to review those positions on an annual basis. The association files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction and kansas state jurisdiction. The association is generally no longer subject to federal and state income tax examinations by taxing authorities for years before 2008. There are currently no examinations of the association's income tax returns in progress.
