Consistent with its mission, the purpose for which this corporation is formed are exclusively charitable, scientific, or educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code.

The organization sold the school facility to little acorn real estate, inc., an affiliate of great oaks charter school, and closed the organization.
