The building will be used for public use, for community outreach including a local convention center. Businesses and individuals considered auto racing enthusiasts would have interest hosting events in the building. The building would also display indy race cars and other display items educating the public regarding the boyles racing contribution to indiana auto racing history and the role the building played in developing indianapolis as the racing capital of the world.”
