Mission

Char hope helps adults move forward toward a full recovery, a healthier lifestyle, and a life free from addiction. Our community has seen a startling rise in the use of heroin. The local government and surrounding community are struggling to provide the support necessary to move people toward the path of recovery.

The foundation serves as a platform for scholarships, treatment, partnerships and future community endeavors.
