“On June 11, 2018, Jaidyn was granted tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service under IRC Section 501 c 4. Prior to 2018, Jaidyn was required to file federal income tax returns as a regular corporation. The corporation had a net operating loss of approximately 605,403 hence no provision for federal income tax was made in the prior year. In addition, as being a Housing Development Fund Corporation incorporated in the State of New York, the Corporation was exempt from New York State and New York City Corporation Taxes. Jaidyn has determined that there are no material uncertain tax positions that require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Periods ending December 31, 2015 and subsequent remain subject to examination by applicable taxing authorities.”

Jaidyn has determined that there are no material uncertain tax positions that require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Periods ending December 31, 2015 and subsequent remain subject to examination by applicable taxing authorities. |
