Provide management and fundraising to host the 2017 world finals of the international collegiate programming contest in rapid city, south dakota, and prepare coder workforce to augment traditional education through internet individualized learning and experiences.

FUNDRAISING IN 2016 INVOLVED MEMBERS OF THE NINE UNPAID VOLUTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS UNDER THE COORDINATION OF THE PRESIDENT, DR. RICHARD GOWEN. IN 2016, THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR FUNDRAISING EXCEED 2,500. LETTERS REQUESTING FUNDING WERE SENT TO INTERESTED GROUPS IN THE COMMUNITY AND ACROSS THE STATE. THE LETTERS WERE FOLLOWED UP WITH TELEPHONE CALLS AND PERSONAL VISITS. PLEDGES WERE RECEIVED WITH DESIGNATIONS FOR PAYMENT IN 2016 AND 2017. IN SPECIFIC CASES, DONATIONS BY INDIVIDUALS WERE MATCHED BY COMPANIES.
