THIS WAS THE FOUNDATIONS SECOND TAX RETURN. THE FOUNDATION WAS NEVER ABLE TO INCREASE THE DONATIONS ENOUGH TO KEEP AHEAD OF RAISING COST. THIS DECISION WAS MADE EARLY IN THE FOUNDATIONS LIFE CYCLE TO PREVENT ANY POSSIBLE MISUSE OF ITS NAME AND NONPROFIT STATUS WHILE THE FOUNDATION WAS NOT BEING CLOSELY MONITORED. THERE WERE NO ASSETS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ORGANIZATION OR INDIVIDUALS. THE LAST DONATIONS REPORTED ON THIS RETURN WERE USED IN THE FOUNDATIONS NONPROFIT PURPOSE AS SHOWN ON THIS RETURN. AFTER THIS, NO FURTHER DONATIONS WERE EXPECTED AND THE CHANGES OF FUTURE DONATIONS WERE LOW. AGAIN, AS REPORTED HERE ON THE RETURN, THE DONATIONS WERE USED FOR THE NONPROFIT PURPOSE, THERE WERE NO ASSETS TO BE DISBURSED UPON THE DECISION TO CLOSE THE NONPROFIT. NO ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO ANY RECIPIENTS.
