“The review process involves a detailed meeting with the cpa firm and the ceo and cco. After discussion, the ceo and cco review independently and analyze for accuracy. Once approved, the ceo will sign the returns and disburse to the board for its review and approval. This approval will follow with actual filing of the returns with the appropriate authorites.”

“The board of directors review the terms and have established an employment agreement relating to compensation and benefits of the ceo and cco, both of whom are responsible for the management of the organization, its volunteers and securiting is funding.”
