Mission

In November of 2015, Clark University established Jonas Realty Corporation, a Massachusetts not-for-profit organization, to support and operate for the benefit of Clark University. Jonas Realty Corporation is a 501 (c)(3) as a functionally integrated supporting organization of Clark University to hold and manage the land and building of the Alumni and Student Engagement Center.

As a related party of the Trustees of Clark University, Jonas has filed an extension every year of it's existence to allow for the audited consolidated financial statements to be completed, Form 990 to be completed for Clark University, and approval from the Board of Directors. Clark University is a non-profit organization and would have to pay for any penalties incurred by Jonas due to the transfer of all assets and liabilities in the previous tax year. We respectively request forgiveness for our error in filing the extension on time.
