In the most recent fiscal year, she received a 6% cost of living increase in october of 2023. Other officers and key employees' compensation is based on salary ranges which are established for each position. This information is obtained from multiple sources and includes a comparison of market data regarding salaries for each level. A 6% cost of living adjustment was provided in october of 2023. A salary scan was also conducted and implemented in june 2024, which increased all salaries, most significantly the executive team.”
