Alexander Childrens Foundation Incorporated

To support the mission of related organization alexander youth network, inc. (ayn); to manage endowment assets and fundraising activities and to carry out any other activities which promote the mission of ayn.

(a) to support the mission and programs of alexander youth network (ayn) and benefit the community and region served by ayn through its support of ayn. (b) to receive and maintain contributions of ayn's endowment money and to use and apply either directly or by distribution to ayn and alexander children's foundation, incorporated, such contributions or any part of the principal or oncime of such contributions exclusively for exempt purposes. (c)to carry on any other lawful activities to promote the interests of the corporation; provided, howeer, that all such activities shall be carried out in furtherance of exempt purposes and in support of the mission and programs of ayn.
