(c) suggest value-added strategies to professional staff to define mtec's differentiation among other ota's and programs. (d) support the development and recruitment of an mtec relevant private investor network to assure that all member technologies evaluate and validate their commercial relevance. (e) support professional staff in business and collaborative discussions and negotiations between members and the military.”

“Prior to submission to the irs, the medical technology enterprise consortium audit/finance committee, treasurer and cfo review the 990 return in detail. The audit/finance committee reports the results of this review to the full board of directors and the 990 is made available to the board prior to submission to the irs.”
