There are two endowments presently held by the foundation. The first endowment instructs the foundation that any income generated from the endowment is to be used for the fellowship fund of westminster canterbury of winchester, inc. The second endowment instructs the foundation that any income generated from the endowment is only to be used for the purchase and/or restoration of books for the library.

The organization follows the income tax standard regarding the recognition and measurement of uncertain tax positions, which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entity's consolidated financial statements and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement principles for the consolidated financial statement recognition and measurement of tax positions taken or expected to be taken on a tax return that are not certain to be realized. Management has determined that it does not have any material uncertain tax positions as of december 31, 2019 or 2018.
