Mission

The Corporation is a charitable not-for-profit corporation under Section 201 of the N-PCL organized exclusively for the purposes of acquiring, owning, selling, constructing, building, rehabilitating, leasing, managing, developing, operating, supporting, fostering and/or maintaining housing accomodations, either directly or therough subsidiaries or affiliates, for homeless and low income persons and families, and conducting any lawful activities which may be appropriate in carrying out the purposes noted above.

The entity was formed for the purpose of acquiring, owning, selling, constructing, building, rehabilitating, leasing, managing, developing, operating, supporting, fostering and/or maintaining housing accomodations, either directly or through susidiaries or affiliates, for homeless and low income persons and families.
