Mission

Hope's Path is an internship program offering housing and life skill development to former foster youth while assisting them with their goals to successfully launch into sustainable independent lives knowing their value and identity in Christ. Hope's Path provides resources for young adults to gain essential skills like creating a life plan with personal goals, obtaining a driver's licenses, completing their GED, enrolling in college or vocational classes, launching into a career and heal from past traumas.

Hope's Path has a small Board of 3 directors that meet once a month. Discussions are open concerning financial donations, hiring staff, compensation levels for staff, and budgeting in order to assure that all Board members are on the same page and operating in a manner consistent with our conflict of interest policy.

Governing Documents Disclosure Explanation: The governing documents are made available to the public upon reasonable request. The form 990 is also made available to the public via Guidestar.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 20

Terri E Jaggers served as a Board member and Executive Director of Hope's Path for all of the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018, and until June 25, 2019, at which time she resigned both as a Board member and Executive Director. During the time of her service, she was also custodian of the books and records of Hope's Path. She was a noncompensated volunteer for the organization. Effective with Jaggers' resignation, the Board named Chelsea Munday as Business Administrator. She is compensated at $40,000 annually and is now the custodian of the books and records of Hope's Path. She is supported by a volunteer for accounting questions. A CPA prepared a compilation Financial Statement.

She is supported by a volunteer for accounting questions. A CPA prepared a compilation Financial Statement.
