SIMULTANIOUSLY, CHIG BOUGHT OUT THE REMAINING PARTNERSHIP WITH KAW VALLEY ASSISTED LIVING, LLC, MAKING CHIG THE SOLE OWNER OF DHAL AND DHALD. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PAYMENTS BY DHAL TO KAW VALLEY ASSISTED LIVING.
