The organization offers leadership development, board training and governance, strategic planning, program development, technical assistance, and resource development services.In addition to providing life-sustaining services that include food, personal hygiene, furniture, and miscellaneous items to help families ilies to create a sustainable life. During the tax year, the organization served over 400 families through its programs, which included: Training and empowerment programs providing workforce development, leadership training, and capacity-building servives to over 75 businesses and 40 business pop-ups for community-based unity local business opportunities. Food distribution program providing $140,000 (fair market value) in food assistance to families in need Furniture distribution program providing $10,000 (fair market value) in essential household furniture to families These programs enable individuals and organizations to achieve stability, sustainability, and self-sufficiency while strengthening the community as a whole
