Creation of Chair of the Executive Board: A new officer position was established to accommodate the increased size of the chapter. The Chair of the Executive Board oversees Executive Board committee functions, allowing the Chapter Presidents to focus on operational management and executive national initiatives. This position requires the same qualifications as the Chapter President. 2. Establishement of an Audit Committee: An Internal Audit Committee was added to the organizations's Standing Committees. This committee is charged with reviewing financial operations on a yearly basis to ensure financial transparency and accountability to the membership.”
