“A community workshop provides tools and equipment in a shared workshop environment. Key areas include a machine shop, fab lab, soft goods, and woodshop. In the library pass program, the organization partnered with the library system of lancaster county to provide access passes for circulation in area libraries. Patrons can check out the pass and get free access to the facility. Equipment orientations offer free monthly events concerning three key equipment areas (3d printing, cnc carving, and laser cutting/engraving), training members and library pass holders in the safe operation of equipment.”
