Annual 990 form is compiled by bookkeeping contractors and the executive director, submitted to the board for review and approval and kept on public record as requested

Part VI, Line 12C

All board members, key employees, and managers sign annual disclosures and updates with regards to potential or known conflicts of interest. All conflicts are reviewed by the board and approved/disallowed in blind votes. Current policy requires any key member who has a conflict with regards to promotion, compensation, or title to withhold all input and voting on the matter and local, reasonable and comparable standards be used for establishing compensation and title/promotion.

Local area comparisons of similarly situated leadership roles are reviewed with each annual pay allocation decision. Pay raise and bonus justifications are recorded and mandatory for all adjustments from the board
