Mission

ARC 38 provides an opportunity for people interested in sustainability to access the land stewarded by the organization and learn about regenerative agriculture, nature, sustainability, and homesteading.

Farm House - Affordable Rentals & ARC 38 Office - ARC 38 stewards both the land and the farmhouse at 426 Old Rt. 22. The farmhouse provided affordable room rental to those who came to the land for volunteering opportunities or visited for retreat purposes, to learn about permaculture, nature, sustainability, etc. The farmhouse also served as office space/headquarters for the administration of the organization. Rental of rooms or camping on the land was done through Airbnb and also direct payment to the organization. Expenditures for this programming kept the farmhouse operational, such as electricity, cleaning supplies, internet, waste removal, essential repairs, etc.$0$17,177
