“The corporation is formed for the purpose of rescuing and finding new homes for domestic pets that have been abandoned, neglected, abused, or are otherwise in need of a new loving home. From throughout western new york state and when necessary from other locations throughout the united states where pets are in need of a home or in a high-kill shelter and in imminent danger of being killed due to overpopulation. The corporation will, whenever possible provide spay/neuter assistance to pet owners who cannot otherwise afford the same, and will provide training and support of rescued pets and their adoptive owners. The corporation will also identify and provide requisite training of rescued dogs who demonstrate aptitude to become service dogs for persons with mental and physical conditions which can benefit from service dogs.”
