Prior to receiving tax exempt status and uppon approval by the board, the organization contracted with partners in health (pih) to act as their fiscal agent. Prior to the organization setting up their own payroll, work done by employees were paid through pih and were issued 1099-miscs. This contract did not require or bind in any way, payments to be made to officers of the organization. No salaries were paid directly by the organization for 2016. But as indicated above, compensation was paid to the organization's officers as indicated on part vii by pih and duly recognized as independent contractor service payments.

Upon internal review, the organization identified a contribution amount that was inadvertantly attributed to thw wrong donor with the filing of the original 2017 form 990. The amended return reflects on schedule b the corrected amount of contributions per donor. In addition, a corresponding adjustment has been made to update schedule a, part ii, support schedule, line 5(f) for "excess contribution amounts". No other schedules or amounts required adjustment as the changes reflect only reclassification of contribution revenues received on a per donor basis while the total contribution revenue amounts as originally reported remain accurate.
